A freely formed, optical and tactical glass object. It is a fascinating glass sculpture that can be looked at from all sides. A small air bubble is surrounded by massive glass. The making process is just as impressive. A massively structured globe is blown using the steam released by a wet, wooden stick. This is called steam-blowing. The foot of the clear glass is ground and polished to achieve a high gloss and therefore has extraordinary optical properties.
